Formerly known as the PDC Fishing Championship, The Sport Stars Fishing Championship features 32 household names from sporting backgrounds competing over two, 2 hour sessions to win the coveted team and singles title.
Scheduled for August 6th 2019 at Gold Valley Lakes in Aldershot, this will be the 7th year the event has been staged. Since the inaugural competition in 2013 we have seen sports personalities from a multitude of sports compete. Notable names include, PDC and Matchroom Chairman Barry Hearn, 7 times snooker world champion Steve Davis OBE, 16 times PDC world champion Phil Taylor, 2 time PDC world champion Adrian Lewis, 2 time PDC world champion Gary Anderson, current and 3 times world snooker champion Mark Williams MBE, PDC world champion Rob Cross, world ranked heavyweight boxers Dillian Whyte and Dereck Chisora, 7 time Major PDC winner James Wade, sports presenter Jacqui Oatley MBE, Matchroom boxing director Eddie Hearn, Olympic athlete Dean Macey and former European Super Bantamweight champion Spencer Oliver. This year we are excited to announce ITV 4 will be broadcasting the event on the 29th & 30th of August at 8PM.

Parkinson's UK is the largest charity funder of research into Parkinson's in the UK. The money raised helps research aimed at finding better treatments and improving the understanding of Parkinson's and its causes. Previously we have helped raise vital funding for Haven House Children's Hospice.
